1. Final Sale – No Returns, No Refunds
All purchases are final—we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless there is a packaging or shipping error caused by us.
Perfumes, fragrance oils, agarwood, and raw fragrance materials are non-returnable due to hygiene, contamination risks, and strict safety standards. Once opened or tested, they cannot be resold.
2. Exchange for Shipment Error Only
If you receive the wrong product or there is a packaging issue, please:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Include proof such as photos and order number
We will review your claim and may offer a replacement if verified. Exchanges due to change of mind or preference are not accepted.
3. Shipping & Customs Risk
Shipping is managed by third-party couriers.
MAFA OUD is not responsible for:
- Delays, damages, or lost items during transit
- Additional costs such as customs duties, taxes, or import restrictions
These are the full responsibility of the buyer.
