Shipping & Delivery Policy – MAFA OUD
1. Shipping Address
We only ship to addresses provided at checkout — either billing or shipping address.
- Please ensure your shipping address is a valid physical location with a reachable phone number.
- MAFA OUD is not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address, reshipping charges will apply and must be settled before re-delivery.
2. Change of Shipping Address
- Requests to change the shipping address must be sent via email within 12 hours of order placement.
- Requests beyond 24 hours may incur additional charges if the order has already been processed.

3. Processing & Delivery Time
- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 working days (Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm).
- International delivery times vary by country and may take 14–28 days depending on your local customs and courier efficiency.
- A tracking number will be emailed once your parcel is shipped.
4. Shipping Charges & Packaging
- Standard shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.
- For large or high-value orders, we may contact you to confirm additional packaging or courier fees if needed.
5. Shipping Risk & Customs
- We use third-party courier services. MAFA OUD is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses during transit.
- Customs clearance, import duties, VAT, or any restrictions are the full responsibility of the buyer.
- We do not replace or refund orders held or rejected by foreign customs authorities.
6. Failed Delivery & Re-Delivery
- If a shipment fails due to an undeliverable address, unavailability, or customs issue, it may be returned to us.
- In such cases, buyers must cover re-delivery charges before a second attempt is made.
